ZIGGY is a pair of extra long, extra angular benches custom-designed for and installed in Calgary Chinatown. The benches’ corners and nooks invite users to play, pause, and interact together. A salute to the vibrant, dynamic spirit of Chinatown, together the colorful ZIGGY benches create moments for informal encounters, people-watching, snacking and sipping bubble tea. Exhibited at the street event Linger With Calgary Chinatown, ZIGGY moved afterwards to their permanent home at senior residence, Oi Kwan Foundation's Wai Kwan Manor.
